Sharpe N Shine provides residential and commercial property care services, including but not limited to:

  • Commercial property maintenance

Services may vary based on location and availability.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email confirmation.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, ACH, or other methods shown at checkout.

  • Final charges may vary depending on property size, actual time spent, additional requests, or conditions discovered onsite.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Standard Residential Services: 24-hour notice required for full refund.

Commercial Services / Large Projects: 72-hour notice required.

Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: May be billed in full.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Client Responsibilities

By scheduling a service with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate property details and access instructions.

  • Ensure pets, valuables, and fragile items are secured prior to service.

  • Be available or have a representative onsite at the scheduled time.

  • Avoid requesting unsafe work (e.g., cleaning beyond accessible areas).

  • Accept that certain stains, buildup, or damage may not be fully removable.

  • Damage to equipment or property caused by negligence (e.g., blocked access, unsecured hazards) may result in additional charges.

5. Weather & Delays

  • Outdoor services may be rescheduled in case of unsafe weather (heavy rain, lightning, extreme winds, etc.).

  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, equipment issues, or other factors beyond our control.

  • If a delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sharpe N Shine is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or deterioration on surfaces (paint, wood, glass, etc.) that may be revealed after cleaning.

  • Plant or landscaping damage due to pre-existing vulnerability or improper care.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business opportunities

7. Privacy

Your information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your data and use it only for scheduling, communication, and service fulfillment.
